GOLF ENCLOSURES & NETS

What is the lead time?

Lead time varies depending on the season and the level of customization. Standard models typically ship faster than fully custom builds.

On average, production takes 3-4 weeks from order. Contact us directly for current production timelines.

Are ASI golf enclosures commercial-grade?

Yes.

All Sports Inflatables designs and manufactures commercial-grade inflatable baseball simulator enclosures & nets built for facilities, rental operators, universities, franchises, and event activations.

These are not party-store inflatables. They are constructed using heavy-duty blackout PVC tarpaulin designed for repeated setup, teardown, and transport.

What sizes are available?

Our most popular model is the 16’ x 16’ enclosure, but we offer multiple standard sizes and fully custom dimensions depending on your ceiling height, event specifications, or business model.

If you are starting a rental business, we can help you choose the most versatile footprint.

What are the weights and packed sizes?

Below is a list of estimated weights and packed sizes of each of our standard enclosures.

SIM Enclosures -
12x16 - 125lbs, 3ft x 3ftx 3ft
16x16 - 150lbs, 3ft x 3ftx 4ft
16x20 - 175lbs, 4ft x 4ftx 3ft
18x30 - 350lbs, 4ft x 4ftx 4ft

How long does setup take?

Most units inflate in approximately 5-8 minutes using a standard 120v blower.

A single operator can manage setup, but two people are recommended for larger enclosures.

Does the enclosure reduce ball bounce-back?

Yes.

Our forward-shifted impact screen design removes the bottom horizontal crossmember, which helps reduce ball rebound and improves safety during high-speed impact.

Optional rear buffer zone configurations can further enhance blackout conditions and layout flexibility

Do you include launch monitors or simulator software?

No.

The enclosure structure is sold separately from the simulator hardware and software. We offer some options to add to your order when you select your product(s).

If you do not have a system selected yet, we’re happy to provide recommendations based on your space and business goals.

Can this be used outdoors?

Yes — many operators use ASI enclosures for outdoor events, tournaments, corporate activations, and mobile rental businesses.

For outdoor use:

  • Sandbags are required
  • Tie-downs are recommended above 15 mph wind
  • We generally do not recommend operation in sustained winds above 25 mph

Safety and stability are critical when using projectors and impact screens.

How is the enclosure secured?

Common methods include:

  • 40 lb sandbags at each base point
  • Tent-style tie-down straps for added security
  • Indoor ballast, when used in gyms or facilities

Proper anchoring is essential for commercial operation.

Can I start a rental business with this enclosure?

Yes — many of our customers purchase ASI enclosures specifically to launch mobile golf simulator rental businesses.

Operators typically use these units for:

  • Corporate events
  • Weddings
  • Brand activations
  • Private parties
  • Indoor facility expansion

If you're exploring this path, we can discuss recommended trailer size, tech setup, pricing strategy, and ROI expectations.

Are custom designs exclusive to the buyer?

Custom sizing or layout adjustments do not transfer ownership of ASI’s core enclosure design unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to production.

All Sports Inflatables retains ownership of its proprietary enclosure structures and design elements.

Do you offer financing?

Financing options are available through Affirm and is available on the product pages to check your qualification.
