Did it arrive damaged?

If your enclosure was delivered damaged, please call or email us. Do not continue to open it. We will need pictures to determine if the enclosure itself was damaged or not. We will work together on this and make it right, so don’t stress.

Changed your mind and want to return?

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The enclosure must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

1 Year Limited Warranty
Before shipping, all of our enclosures undergo a thorough 36-hour testing process for quality assurance. In case you encounter any issues during the initial inflation process, it is imperative that you notify us right away so that we can determine the root cause of the problem. It’s important to note that we do not offer warranty for enclosures that have been overinflated, damaged by the customer, or neglected. However, we believe that most issues can be resolved, and we are committed to working with you to find a solution. Warranty consideration is dedicated solely to the glued seams, valves, and construction of the unit. Please feel free to contact us via phone or email if you need any assistance.

Return Shipping Fee

The return shipping costs can vary depending on your location and selected return method. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. If an order is returned to us because you refused the delivery, we will charge the appropriate return costs and they will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timing

We will initiate your refund when we receive your item(s). Generally, refunds take 2-3 days.

Custom Orders

It’s important to note that once you complete and pay for a custom order, it becomes non-refundable and ineligible for returns. However, we assure you that our commitment to your satisfaction remains unwavering. We stand by our warranty for the product, and our dedicated team is always ready to assist you should any issues arise.
