Unless expressly agreed to in writing prior to production, no ownership, license, or intellectual property rights are transferred to the customer. ASI reserves the right to reuse, reproduce, modify, manufacture, market, and sell such custom products or derivative designs for other customers or applications.

Customers may not copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, or commission substantially similar products based on ASI designs without prior written consent.

Any exception to this ownership must be documented in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of ASI.
